We price our floor services by the exact square footage cleaned. Our minimum charge for any service is $85.

Yes. Pro-Steem will move any and all furniture you would like. When your cleaning is complete, the furniture will be placed on foam blocks or aluminum foil to prevent wood or rust stains. Some customers prefer we clean around their furniture and this is also acceptable.

The short answer is 6-10 hours, although there are several variables that can decrease or increase drying time. Fans, season, humidity and other factors can all play a role.

Yes. Saturday mornings into the early afternoon.

Yes. By request, we will do a free, on-site estimate. Most residential services can be estimated over the phone, but the option is yours. Commercial floors always require an estimate before services will be performed.
